Wild Whimsy Woolies started out as a hobby for self-taught needle felter and artist, Linda Li-Chee-Ming. She was drawn to trying out needle felting because it used all natural materials and just required wool and some tiny barbed needles. She fell in love with needle felting as soon as she started and enjoyed the process of creating cute animal characters from her imagination in 3D woolie form.

With the support and encouragement from loved ones she decided to turn her hobby into a business, Wild Whimsy Woolies, to share her little creatures with the rest of the world. Linda enjoys mixing her passion for wildlife with her art to create cute whimsical animals that put a smile on people’s faces. She has also expanded her product line by turning her original felted animal characters into digital drawings that she has transformed into enamel pins, keychains, patches, stationery, plushies and other fun items.
